Jana Dee Reserva has held a variety of roles in the past decade. Jana Dee began their career in 2009 as a Spot Producer and Video Editor for The Christian Broadcasting Network. In 2012, they became an Online Writer for SEOP. In 2013, they were a Web Content Writer for ObjectBright Inc. In 2016, they began working for OptimizeX as a Web Content Specialist and for Trend Micro as a Social Media Marketing Specialist and Lead. In 2019, they started working for both Workforce.com and Tanda: #1 Workforce Success Platform as a Content Manager.

Jana Dee Reserva attended Assumption College, San Lorenzo from 2005 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor in Communication with a focus in Media Production.
