Kianoush Mir Sanaei

Kia Mir Sanaei is a seasoned professional in systems integration and technology innovation, currently serving as Senior Director of Systems Integration and Test at Tandem Diabetes Care since July 2022. In this role, Kia focuses on integrating insulin pumps with advanced iCGM sensors to improve patient care. Kia also contributes to academia as an Executive in Residence at California State University San Marcos, where mentoring initiatives enhance business professional development for students. Previous experience includes notable positions at Dexcom, BD, Memjet Technology, and Renault, demonstrating a solid background in engineering and management, complemented by a Master’s degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from the University of Technology Sydney and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Kashan.
