Maggie Regan

Maggie Regan is a Senior HR Consultant at Tandem HR. Maggie has over 15 years of experience in recruitment, benefits administration, employee relations, organizational development, training, safety, succession planning, and regulatory compliance.

Maggie began their career at Cintas in June 2000 as a SENIOR HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER. In this role, they were a strategic business partner and managed mid-level employees. Maggie was responsible for talent acquisition, leadership training, succession planning, safety and worker’s compensation programs, benefits, compensation, and conflict resolution practices. Maggie also designed a leadership development process to assess the skills, performance, and behavior of management teams for succession planning.

During their time at Cintas, Maggie drove positive employee-management relations and retention in assigned market that included 20 department managers, 5 rental facilities, and 700 employees. Maggie ensured compliance with local, State and Federal labor laws, including Department of Transportation (DOT) Regulations.

In February 2017, Maggie left Cintas to pursue a career as a Senior HR Consultant at Tandem HR. In their current role, they are responsible for providing HR consulting services to clients in a variety of industries.

Maggie Regan has a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from the University of Illinois at Chicago. Maggie also has a Master of Arts in Political Science and Government from the University of Illinois at Chicago - Graduate College. Maggie is certified in Talent Sourcing from LinkedIn, SHRM's Senior Certified Professional (SCP), and HR Certification Institute's Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).

They work with Nancy Alonso - Senior HR Consultant, Gail Forrest - Senior HR Consultant. Maggie Regan reports to Renee Vongsa, VP, Human Resources.
