Lisa Ranken, P.Eng, M.Eng, is currently serving in various leadership roles such as COO at Filament Health, President & Principal Consultant at Formation Consulting, and Fractional COO at Tandem Innovation Group Inc. Lisa has a background in engineering with previous positions including Vice President Operations at Winecrush Technology Inc, Sr. Director of Operations at The Flowr Corporation, and Vice President Operations at Mazza Innovation. Lisa has also worked as a Process Engineer at Iogen Corporation and holds a Master of Engineering in Process Engineering from UNSW and a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from McGill University.
