They approach problems as opportunities, think creatively, ask tons of questions and embrace technology. They’re seeking that sweet spot where they can work independently yet feel supported by a team. Tandem Network Members are driven to support business owners who are actively making meaningful contributions to our environment and economy through their products, services and innovations.

Founded in 2017, Tandem exists to connect visionary, gender-diverse entrepreneurs with opportunities to grow, collaborate and create meaningful work as we build a thriving, equitable economy together.

We acknowledge that we do this meaningful work on the traditional, ancestral lands of many nations across Turtle Island, Australia and around the globe. We were founded on the unceded territories of the xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam), Skxwú7mesh (Squamish) & səlil̓wətaʔɬ (Tsleil-Waututh) peoples, whose relationship to and knowledge of these lands since time immemorial have contributed to their beauty, richness and fertility. We commit to the path of truth and reconciliation in order that we might support the healing of harms done to the people and the land through colonization.
