Nicole Hoffman

Nicole Hoffman is the Chief Compliance Officer at Tandem Investment Advisors, Inc., where she has been employed since July 2023. Prior to that, she worked as a Senior Compliance Officer and Vice President at Truist Advisory Services from January 2021 to May 2023. Before joining Truist, she held the position of Compliance Risk Manager and Vice President at BB&T from November 2015 to January 2021. Nicole began her career as a Compliance Officer and BSA/AML Officer at Valley Forge Asset Management, where she worked from October 2002 to March 2016. She obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from West Chester University of Pennsylvania in 2002.
