Michelle K. has a diverse range of work experience starting in 2015. Michelle worked as a Customer Care & Marketing representative at NICE - Network for InterCultural Experiences from August 2015 to February 2016. Following this, they joined Nemak in August 2016 as an Internal Communications specialist for a period of two months.

In 2018, Michelle worked at EF Education First as an Activity Coordinator for three months before moving on to Lufthansa Systems, where they held a position in HR Development & Education from October 2018 to May 2019.

Michelle joined acoris AG in June 2019 and served as an Executive Assistant to the CEO for two years until June 2021. Subsequently, they transitioned into the role of a Junior Consultant at acoris AG from July 2021 to March 2022.

In April 2022, Michelle engaged in volunteering work as a Project Manager at Lern-Fair for a duration of four months. As of August 2022, they are currently employed at Tandem - Language Exchange as a Creator Partnerships and Content Manager.

Michelle K. completed their education at the Hochschule Mainz - University of Applied Sciences from 2020 to 2022, earning a Master of Science degree in IT Management. Prior to that, they attended the Universität Passau from 2014 to 2018, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Cultural and Business Studies. In addition to their academic qualifications, Michelle also obtained two certifications. In November 2020, they completed the "#SemesterHack 2.0" program offered by DigiEduHack. A year earlier, in October 2019, they achieved a TOEFL iBT score of 108 out of 120. The institutions responsible for these certifications are DigiEduHack and ETS, respectively.
