Maggie Lucas has a diverse work experience spanning from 1986 to 2016. Maggie began their career as a Merchandise Buyer and Retail Store Manager at Strawbridge & Clothier before moving onto roles at PwC as a Principal Retail Consultant and Training Manager. At PwC, they worked with retail industry clients on business process and organizational design initiatives. Maggie then transitioned to Neiman Marcus where they served as the Director of Marketing and later the Director of Strategy and Business Development, overseeing various marketing and loyalty programs. After Neiman Marcus, they joined Erdos at Home as the Head of Marketing, responsible for all marketing activities, and then moved on to Tandem Theory as the Senior Vice President of Client Services, where they led marketing engagements and developed client relationships.
Maggie Lucas attended Juniata College from 1982 to 1986, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.
