Jeff Hansen is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in venture capital, business development, and emerging technologies. Currently engaged as a Venture Partner at Tandem Partners and as a Founder and CEO at Pangea Squared, Jeff pioneered the Fractional Operating Partner™ model to assist portfolio companies of VC and PE firms. As an advisor at Squint, EQT Group, and ImmersiveUnity, Jeff leverages expertise in AI training, M&A, XR, and immersive technologies. Previously, Jeff held senior roles at Sarcos Technology and Robotics Corporation, Magic Leap, and Unity Technologies, focusing on sales and market growth in innovative sectors. Jeff holds an MBA in International Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management and a dual BA in International Relations and Pre-Law Economics from Utah State University.
