John Beatty

John Beatty has extensive experience in human resources and organizational leadership, currently serving as an Executive Advisor at Tandem Workforce since February 2023, where guidance is provided to healthcare organization leadership on recruitment, employee development, retention, and diversity strategies. Prior to this role, John held significant positions at BJC HealthCare from April 2007 to May 2020, including Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer, as well as Vice President of HR Operations. John's career also includes roles at Robbins & Myers, DT Industries, Rockwell Automation, GE, and Cincinnati Milacron, where responsibilities spanned administration and training management. John's early career included teaching and coaching at Mason Local Schools, and service in the US Navy as a Fire Control Technician. John earned a Bachelor's Degree in English Literature from Eastern Kentucky University.
