Melis Karaca

Melis Karaca has worked in the financial sector for over a decade, specializing in project management and fraud prevention. Melis currently works as the Fraud and Financial Crime Operations Manager at Tandem, a position they have held since 2016. Prior to their current role, Melis was the IT Project Manager at Burgan Bank Türkiye from 2014-2016, where they oversaw multiple projects and supervised a team of loan collectors. From 2006-2014, they worked at Akbank as the Region Human Resources and Administrative Affairs Manager. In this role, they were responsible for identifying staffing needs, conducting job interviews, and managing the careers of over 500 employees. Melis has a proven track record in both project management and human resources, making their an asset to any organization.

Melis Karaca has a Master in Business Administration from Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford. Melis also has a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Sabanci University. Melis has certification from the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE) as a Certified Fraud Examiner.
