Yang Feng

Yang Feng has worked in a variety of roles in the Human Resources field since 2005. Yang began their career as an HR Generalist at AREVA T&D in 2005, followed by an HR Consultant role at Siemens in 2006. In 2008, they joined Mercer as a Consultant, and in 2010 they moved to VivaKi as a Compensation & Benefits Manager for Greater China. From 2011 to 2016, they worked at Novartis as a Senior HR Manager and Compensation & Benefits Manager. In 2016, they became the Regional Compensation & Benefits Lead for APAC at \u8d5b\u8bfa\u83f2 - \u5b89\u4e07\u7279. In 2017, they joined Ant Group as the Compensation and Benefits Director, and in 2022 they were appointed SVP, Head of People at TandemAI.

Yang Feng received a Bachelor degree in Law from Shanghai University of International Business and Economics in 2003. Following that, they received a Master degree in International Business from Grenoble Ecole de Management in 2005.
