Monika Rak

Monika Rak is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in advanced materials and technology. Currently serving as Chief Technology Officer at agapyo since October 2022, Monika is integral to the development of a proprietary compostable ABS plastic replacement for consumer electronics. Additionally, Monika takes on the role of Entrepreneur at TandemLaunch Inc., while previously founding and leading research at Anomera Inc., which focuses on environmentally friendly cellulose products. Monika's academic background includes a PhD in Materials Chemistry from McGill University, where significant research contributions were made in synthesizing various nanoparticles. Educational experiences also encompass multiple teaching and research positions at prestigious institutions, coupled with leadership roles in science policy initiatives.
