Noel Simpson

Noel Simpson, CRHA, is a seasoned Human Resources professional with significant experience in various HR roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at TandemLaunch Inc. since May 2019, Noel has previously held positions such as Human Resources Advisor for Canada at Rizing and Human Resources Representative for Eastern Canada at Penske Truck Leasing, where leadership and generalist support were provided for over 500 staff members. Additional experience includes roles as a Human Resources Generalist at Logix ITS Group and in HR at RAW Recruitment Inc., where legal employment challenges were addressed, managerial leadership development was facilitated, and policies were developed to optimize work processes. Noel holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resources Management from Concordia University.
