Sara Hejazi

Sara Hejazi is the Senior Director of Strategic Planning & Performance Management at Tandigm Health. Sara has over 25 years of experience in operations and program management.

Sara started their career in 1995 as a Program Manager at Ocwen Financial Corporation. Sara then moved on to become the Director of Operations at GSK in 2000. Sara held this position for 20 years before joining Tandigm Health in 2020.

At Tandigm, Sara is responsible for developing and executing the company's strategic plan. Sara also manages performance metrics and ensures that Tandigm meets its goals and objectives. Sara is a highly experienced and successful operations executive who has a proven track record of driving results.

Sara Hejazi has a Ph.D. in Information Systems from Nova Southeastern University, an MS in System Engineering from Penn State Great Valley, and a BS in Information Systems from Saint Joseph's University. Sara also has certification from the PPM Institute of Management in Six Sigma Black Belt.
