Brian Bula

As Vice President of Tandym Tech, Brian works closely with clients to identify the right talent for their technology needs. Brian joined Tandym Group in June of 2022 with the acquisition of Metro Systems—a Virginia-based technology staffing company.

Prior to joining Tandym, Brian spent over 10 years at Metro Systems. Throughout his tenure, he played an essential role in breaking into new markets—working his way up to oversee sales and operations across the company. He is a natural salesperson and leader with a passion for personal and professional growth. As a manager, he uses his passion to drive inspiration, motivation, and development within his team—helping them achieve their individual goals while building long-term relationships with clients and candidates.

Brian holds a Bachelor of Arts from The University of South Carolina (Go Gamecocks!).
