Riley Ban

Riley Ban is currently an Associate Healthcare Recruiter at Tandym Group, a position held since September 2023. Prior experience includes roles as a waitress at The Harvey Cedars Shellfish Company and Kubel's, and serving as the Junior Varsity Head Coach for the Ridgewood High School Girls Lacrosse Association. Riley was a student-athlete at Rutgers University from September 2018 to July 2023, dedicating over 20 hours weekly to the Women's Lacrosse Team, and elected as a representative on the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee to bridge communication between student-athletes and the athletic administration. Education credentials include a Bachelor’s degree in Labor Studies and Employment Relations and a Graduate certificate in Strategic Human Resource Management from Rutgers School of Management and Labor Relations.
