Christi Downes

Christi Downes currently serves as SVP and Head of People at Tanger, starting in January 2024. Prior to this role, Christi was EVP of Global Talent Management & Development at PVH Corp. from March 2019 to June 2022, where Christi set global talent and DEI strategies while managing a team of over 40. Christi also held various leadership positions at HARMAN International, including VP, HR for Global Operations and Automotive Sales, and VP for Connected Car, overseeing HR functions for a workforce of thousands. In earlier roles, Christi was instrumental in talent management at Endo Pharmaceuticals, Lincoln Financial Group, and Campbell Soup Company, contributing to organizational effectiveness and employee development initiatives. Christi's academic credentials include a Master of Arts in Leadership Development from Penn State Great Valley and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from West Chester University of Pennsylvania.
