Robert Wofford has over 30 years of work experience, starting in 1986 as a Compensation and Benefits Analyst at Cone Mills Corporation. Robert later joined Sara Lee Branded Apparel in 1989 and held various Senior Manager roles in Human Resources until 2011. During this time, they provided strategic partner support to different client groups. In 1989, Wofford also started working at Hanesbrands Inc., where they served as a Senior Manager in Human Resources until 2011. Robert supported a variety of diverse client groups and gained experience in a fast-paced, leanly staffed corporate environment. In 2011, Wofford joined Tanger Factory Outlet Centers, Inc. as the Director of Human Resources. Robert was later promoted to the role of Senior Director of Human Resources in February 2014.
