Deedee Shashy

DeeDee Shashy, CCIM, currently serves as the Assistant Vice President of Leasing at Tanger, a position held since August 2025. Previously, DeeDee held the role of Vice President of National Leasing at Centennial from March 2016 to July 2025, contributing to the company's strategic expansion following the acquisition of Bayer Properties' operating platform. DeeDee’s experience also includes positions as Leasing Manager and Leasing Associate at Centennial, as well as Development Manager/Leasing Agent at Retail Specialists, LLC, and Assistant Tenant Coordinator/CAD Specialist at Bayer Properties, LLC. DeeDee holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Interior Design from The University of Alabama.
