Greg Shirvanian is an experienced fraud analyst with a background in claims processing and customer service within the financial sector. Since May 2018, Greg has been working at Tangerine as a Fraud Analyst, previously serving as a Claims Analyst at TD from January 2017 to April 2018, where responsibilities included processing both US and Canadian credit card claims, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining detailed records.
