Carla Lowe

Carla Lowe M.A. is an experienced professional school counselor currently serving in the Tangipahoa Parish School System since August 2017. Prior to this role, Carla worked as a Program Manager at Lighthouse Community Care in Hammond, Louisiana, from August 2014 to March 2017, and as a Professional School Counselor at St. Helena Central Middle School from 2011 to 2013. Carla holds a Master of Arts in Counselor Education/School Counseling and Guidance Services, obtained from Southern University and Agricultural and Mechanical College at Baton Rouge in 2008, and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Early Childhood Education and Teaching, earned from the same institution in 2005.
