Stephanie Lacher

Stephanie Lacher is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in design, innovation, and strategic management. Currently serving as Head of Tangity UK and Senior Director, Head of Design at NTT DATA UK&I, Stephanie has a strong background in leadership roles, including Teamlead & Managing Consultant at NTT DATA Deutschland GmbH. Previous experience includes consulting positions at Capgemini and Bain & Company, as well as project management roles focused on gender diversity and strategic development at NTT DATA. Stephanie Lacher holds a Master of Science in International Business - Strategy & Innovation from Maastricht University and dual Bachelor's degrees in International Management and European Business from ESB Business School and Dublin City University, respectively.
