Andreia Roques

Andreia Roques serves as the Head of People at both Tangível and Hyphen Digital Experience since September 2022. Prior to these roles, Andreia was the HR Director at ALTER SOLUTIONS PORTUGAL from 2020 to 2022, where responsibilities included leading a team of 14, designing annual budgets, and implementing employee engagement programs. Andreia's experience also encompasses a position as Head of Human Resources at Maravilha Farms Lda from 2014 to 2020, overseeing various HR functions and policy developments. Earlier roles include Human Resources positions at SN Seixal - Siderurgia Nacional SA and Cencabe, along with a Human Resources Assistant role at Prestibel. Andreia commenced a career in training and development with an internship at ATEC - Wolkswagen Group and holds a Master's degree in Social and Organizational Psychology from Instituto Superior de Psicologia Aplicada.
