José Sales completed a Bachelor's Degree in Multimedia Production and Mobile Internet Specialist from Forino, Escola de Novas Tecnologias. They also have an unfinished Masters in Computer Engeneering from ISEL - Instituto Superior De Engenharia De Lisboa and an unfinished degree in Music Theory, Classical Guitar and Choir Chant from Conservatório Regional do Baixo Alentejo. Furthermore, they have various certifications from different companies such as UXalliance, Nielsen Norman Group, LinkedIn Learning, and XPM Consulting.
