Sandra Mouta

Sandra Mouta is an experienced professional in the fields of training, development, and innovation, currently serving as the Head of Training at Tangível since September 2020. Previously, Sandra held the position of Head of Training, Development and Innovation at Ordem de São Francisco do Porto from October 2017 to August 2020, focusing on innovation management and HR training. Sandra's expertise includes usability and UX training as a trainer at FLAG and leading research on human factors and usability at CCG - Centro de Computação Gráfica. With a solid academic background, including a PhD in Experimental Psychology and Cognitive Sciences from Universidade do Minho, and rich experience in multimodal perception and human-machine interaction, Sandra has contributed significantly to various research and innovation projects throughout a diverse career.
