Gary M.

Gary M. has a diverse work experience in the field of IT infrastructure and support. Gary started their career in 2007 as an Infrastructure Specialist at Syngenta, where they gained experience in VMware, Windows Server, Citrix, and application virtualization. Gary then joined FDM Group in 2010, where they held various roles, including Infrastructure Lead and Global Head of IT Production Support. During this time, they managed major IT projects, implemented infrastructure refreshes, and developed IT roadmaps and strategies. In 2017, Gary joined Smallworld Accessories Limited as an IT Manager, responsible for establishing the IT function and implementing IT risk management strategies. Gary also played a key role in launching direct-to-consumer channels and integrating various systems. Currently, they are working as the Head of IT Infrastructure & Support at Tangle Teezer Ltd.

Gary M. obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Computer Systems and Networks from the University of Plymouth, where they studied from 2005 to 2009. In 2010, they also obtained an ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from BCS.
