Dara Shadowens

Dara Shadowens has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Dara started their career as an HR Manager at AMC Theatres from March 2010 to March 2012, where they hired and trained new staff members and improved customer satisfaction scores. From April 2012 to August 2012, Dara worked as a Teller I at Webster Bank, providing customer service, opening accounts, and increasing revenue growth. Dara then became a Catering Coordinator at Panera Bread from August 2012 to July 2013, where they organized and scheduled catering events and drove marketing and sales.

Dara's next role was as a Special Event Manager at Bow Tie Cinemas from July 2013 to November 2019. During this time, they coordinated and booked logistics for various events, managed multiple calendars, and proficiently used an Event Management System. Currently, they are working as a Client Manager - Consultant II at Tango Health, Inc. since November 2019, where they provide education and report tracking for ACA core topics, participates in the implementation process, and conducts monthly report review webinars with clients.

Dara Shadowens attended Tidewater Community College from 2006 to 2008, where they obtained an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in General Studies. Following this, they pursued their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Photography from Western Connecticut State University from 2008 to 2011.
