Dara started their career as an HR Manager at AMC Theatres from March 2010 to March 2012, where they hired and trained new staff members and improved customer satisfaction scores. From April 2012 to August 2012, Dara worked as a Teller I at Webster Bank, providing customer service, opening accounts, and increasing revenue growth.
