Anna Bekish has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. From 2012 to 2014, they worked as a freelance translator for a translation agency. From 2014 to 2016, they were a translator and assistant to the general manager at Zepter International. In 2016, they joined Rakuten Viber as a Customer Support Specialist and later became a Technical Escalation Lead. Anna then transitioned into the role of Customer Success Project Manager from 2020 to 2021. Currently, they are working at Tango as a Customer Care Team Lead and recently took up the additional responsibility of being a Tech Lead.
Anna Bekish attended Minsk State Linguistic University from 2009 to 2014. During this time, they studied linguistics and translation/interpretation of English and German languages.
