Daria Kazarinova

Daria Kazarinova has more than 10 years of experience in human resources and recruitment. Daria most recently worked at Tango Me as the Head of HR, overseeing the company's human resources department. Prior to that, they were the Recruitment Team Lead at Tango Me and before that at Squro, where they focused on recruiting for product, marketing, and administration roles. Daria also has experience in talent acquisition and team leadership at Room 8, an AAA art production and game development studio, and at 8allocate, where they held the positions of Talent Acquisition Lead and Senior IT Recruiter. Additionally, they have worked as a Senior IT Recruiter at Playtini and as a Recruitment Specialist at Київстар. Earlier in their career, Daria held roles as an HR Manager at OMD Ukraine and as a Recruitment Officer and Research Analyst at Ward Howell International.

Daria Kazarinova has a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the National Pedagogical University 'M.P. Drahomanov', Kyiv, which they obtained in 2008. Daria also completed professional development in Clinical Psychology at the Institute of Clinical Psychology and Psychotherapy from 2008 to 2010.
