Allen Shen

Allen Shen is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in managing enterprise IT services across the Asia-Pacific region. Currently serving as the IT Help Desk Lead at Tangoe since June 2012, Allen oversees IT operations for offices in China and India, as well as remote users in Australia and Singapore, while managing local IT infrastructure and cloud services. Prior experience includes roles as IT Supervisor at DAC Semiconductor, where Allen established IT infrastructure for offices in China, and Network Engineer at Sanmina, focusing on network management and data center administration. Allen began a career in IT as an IT Engineer at SOHO China during college and holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from China Agricultural University.
