Josh Raymond

Josh Raymond graduated from the University of Notre Dame with an Accounting degree, and then went on to Ernst & Young in Boston to obtain his CPA. He was then offered the opportunity to help start a new business process improvement consulting practice at the firm, targeting small to mid-size engagements. Over the course of the next three years, he helped grow the practice from two full-time consultants to over 50, spread across a half dozen offices. Josh then received an offer from Liberty Mutual Insurance to join their team as a Vice President in charge of a number of commercial insurance operational teams. Over the course of his Liberty Mutual career, Josh managed a number of large, customer-facing operations including billing and collections, customer contact centers, credit and collateral, premium audit and policy production. His teams were based country-wide and ranged from between 200 to 600 employees. Throughout his Liberty career, Josh made significant improvements in the areas of customer experience, productivity, cash flow, internal controls, and profitability.
