Sara Shapiro

Sara Shapiro, SPC, currently serves as the Senior Director of Product Operations at Tangoe since September 2021. Prior experience includes roles as Portfolio Manager at ADT from July 2019 to September 2021 and Senior Director of PMO at RxSense from July 2018 to July 2019, focusing on process optimization and governance. Sara also held positions at ADT as Program Manager (May 2014 - July 2018) and as a Senior Project Manager - Contractor at Florida Power & Light Company (January 2011 - May 2014), specializing in web project management. Earlier career highlights include working as Product/Project Manager at QD Technology (October 2006 - November 2010) and as Senior Project Manager and Senior Consultant at Sky Solutions (January 1999 - November 2006), with expertise in Cognos Impromptu and Powerplay.
