Chrissy Hardin

Chrissy Hardin has extensive experience in the field of operations and contracting. Chrissy began their career in 2005 as a Contract Specialist for the Department of Navy. In 2008, they moved to DHA Group Inc, where they served as Program Manager and Acquisition Specialist. From 2014 to 2019, they held various positions at Peerless Technologies, including Vice President of Contracts and Marketing and Director of Contracts. In 2014, they also established Hardin Consulting LLC, where they served as Owner/Consultant. Most recently, they held the role of Vice President of Operations at Tangram Flex, as well as Director of Operations and Contracting and Team Member.

Chrissy Hardin received their Bachelor's degree in Entrepreneurship/Marketing from the University of Dayton in 2005. Chrissy then obtained their Level II Certification from DAU in 2008. In 2011, they earned their MBA in Business/Marketing from the Johns Hopkins University - Carey Business School. In addition to their degrees, Hardin has obtained four certifications: Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM) from the National Contract Management Association (NCMA) in 2015, ITIL Foundations v3 from Exin in 2013, Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute in 2011, and DAWIA Level II - Contracting from the Defense Acquisition University in 2008.
