Alicia Monalisa

Alicia Monalisa is a Controls Assurance Trainee at Deloitte since September 2024 and has been a TELADAN Leadership Program Awardee at Tanoto Foundation since January 2022, where Alicia has provided educational guidance to alumni groups and participated in leadership training. Previous roles include Lead Auditor and Junior Auditor at Badan Audit Kemahasiswaan FEB UGM, where important audit processes and reports were conducted, and Vice Manager Human Capital at Tanoto Scholars Association Universitas Gadjah Mada, focusing on creating SOPs and KPIs. Alicia also held positions in Gadjah Mada Accounting Days in various capacities, including Sub Coordinator of Ticketing and Admissions Division and staff in Document and Database Division. As Secretary of BEM FEB UGM, activities included managing evaluations and communication between student affairs and faculty academics. Prior experience includes serving as Deputy Treasurer for OSIS SMAN 2 Kediri, where budgeting and financial reporting for events were managed. Education includes studies at Universitas Gadjah Mada from 2021 to 2025 and senior high school at SMA Negeri 2 Kediri from 2018 to 2021.
