Ericka Ward-Audena

Ericka Ward-Audena is an experienced finance professional currently serving as a Budget Subject Matter Expert at Tantus Technologies, Inc. since September 2021. Previously, Ericka held the position of Finance Program Administrator at the International Foundation of Electoral Systems from March 2019 to September 2021, and worked as a Financial Analyst at Creative Associates International, Population Services International, and the World Wildlife Fund, where Ericka managed multiple projects and led financial management discussions. Ericka's early career also includes financial analysis roles at Quest Diagnostics and Jack in the Box, where significant contributions were made in forecasting, budget modeling, and executive reporting. Ericka holds a Master’s degree in International Commerce and Policy from George Mason University and a Bachelor’s degree in International Business from San Diego State University, along with coursework at ESSEC Business School.
