Franck Ngantsie

Franck Ngantsie has work experience in both the private and public sectors. Since 2018, they have been working at Tantus Technologies, Inc. as the QIO Line of Business Manager, leading the execution of a Project/Program Management contract for the Center for Medicaid and Medicare (CMS). In this role, they support CMS in implementing strategic initiatives through various QIO programs and monitoring and reporting on the work of Quality Improvement Organizations throughout the U.S. Prior to this, from 2018 to 2021, they served as the Program Manager at Tantus Technologies, Inc.

Before joining Tantus Technologies, Inc., Ngantsie worked at Cision starting in 2006. From 2016 to 2018, they were a Product Manager, responsible for managing product development and strategy. Prior to that, from 2012 to 2016, they served as a Professional Services Consultant, providing expertise and guidance to clients. From 2006 to 2012, they worked as a Product Specialist, contributing to product development and providing support to clients.

With their MBA, MSIT, and PMP certifications, Ngantsie has a strong background in project and program management, as well as expertise in the healthcare and technology industries.

Franck Ngantsie completed their education at the University of Maryland Global Campus. From 2010 to 2014, they pursued a Master's degree in Information Technology with a focus on Database Systems. Following this, from 2014 to 2016, they obtained an MBA degree in Business Administration and Management from the same university.

In addition to their academic achievements, Ngantsie has also obtained several certifications. In November 2018, they earned the SAFe 4 Government Practitioner certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. Then, in April 2019, they became a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) through the Project Management Institute.

Recently, in March 2021, Ngantsie acquired three more certifications from Scaled Agile, Inc. These include SAFe® 5 Scrum Master, SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager, and SAFe 5 Release Train Engineer.
