Karlene Stecchi

Since joining the Tantus team in 2009, Karlene Stecchi has been the driving force behind Tantus Tech’s growth strategy and corporate operations. Now the EVP, Karlene is dedicated to bringing Tantus Tech’s vision to life with every client and employee interaction. She is committed to developing the next wave of Federal contracting leadership - and is actively involved in ACT-IAC. Karlene has served as Industry Chair for the Voyagers Leadership Program in 2020, Industry Vice Chair for their inaugural Associates's Program, and currently serves as Industry Vice Chair for the Voyagers 2021 class.

As a mother of two young sons - you can also catch Karlene cheering on her children at the local skatepark. She is passionate about volunteering and - drawing from her own early childhood experiences, Karlene seeks to work with organizations that support children experiencing the effects of poverty, specifically children in the foster care system.
