Tina Ninteman, MBA TM, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in quality assurance and project management within the biopharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as Associate Director of Quality Assurance at Tanvex Biopharma USA, Inc., Tina previously held roles including Senior Manager of Quality at Biosplice Therapeutics and Manager of Quality Systems at Pfenex Inc. With a solid foundation in managing cross-functional teams and developing compliance strategies, Tina's achievements include leading the development of an FDA-approved prostate cancer molecular test and obtaining 510(k) clearance for blood screening assays. Tina holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Technology Management, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology, complemented by a Project Management certificate from the American Management Association.
