Maisho Kadori has accumulated significant experience in the field of records management and education. Currently serving as a Tutorial Assistant at Tanzania Public Service College since March 2019, Maisho previously held the position of Records Assistant at RAS MOROGORO from December 2017 to March 2019. Academically, Maisho obtained a Bachelor's degree from Chuo Kikuu Mzumbe and further pursued a Master's degree in Records and Archives Studies from the University of Dar es Salaam, specializing in Social Sciences.
