Ramanananda Valicharla

Ramanananda Valicharla is an experienced professional in financial management and consulting, currently serving as both an M&A Consultant and the Global Finance Head at TAO Digital Solutions from May 2023 to February 2025. Previously, Ramanananda held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Virtual CFO Services from July 2021 to April 2023, and was the Head of Taxation and Accounting at Oremus Corporate Services from June 2019 to June 2021. As the founder and practicing Chartered Accountant of Valicharla & Associates from April 2016 to June 2019, significant expertise in forecasting and system implementations was demonstrated. Earlier experience includes managing the Audit & Assurance Services division at Haribhakti & Co, Chartered Accountants from March 2012 to September 2015.
