Vikky Pandita

Vikky Pandita has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Currently, they hold the position of Head of People & Talent Operations - EMEA & India at Taoglas, where they began in August 2022. Prior to this role, Vikky served as the EMEA Senior People and Talent Business Partner at Taoglas from February 2022 to August 2022.

Before joining Taoglas, Vikky worked at Tech Mahindra for a significant period. They held the role of Regional HR Manager from July 2013 to February 2022 and also served as an HR Business Partner from March 2010 to June 2013.

Vikky's earlier experience includes working as a Sr. Executive Human Resource at Hexaware Technologies Ltd from May 2005 to August 2010 and as a Management Trainee at Cipla Ltd from September 2004 to April 2005.

Vikky Pandita obtained an MBA degree in Human Resource from Shivaji University between 2002 and 2004. Vikky also holds a certification as a Chartered MCIPD from the institution CIPD, obtained in 2019.
