Kaela Marcus

Kaela Marcus is an experienced professional in quality assurance and food safety, currently serving as Quality Manager at Taos Bakes since May 2022. Prior to this role, Kaela held positions including Quality Assurance and Food Safety Supervisor at The Better Meat Co. and Quality Assurance Supervisor at J.R. Simplot Company. Kaela's career began with a strong foundation in the University of Minnesota's Division 1 NCAA Women's Swimming team, balancing athletic commitments with academic excellence. In addition to professional experience, Kaela contributed to community safety as a Lifeguard at the YMCA of the USA. Kaela holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Bioproducts and Biosystems Engineering from the University of Minnesota.
