Michael Gaudreau

Michael Gaudreau started their work experience in 2011 as an Apple Advisor at Teleperformance, USA. Michael then moved on to work as a Help Desk Associate at Strategic Data Systems from January 2012 to March 2013. In 2013, Michael joined Taos as a Technical Support Specialist, where they are currently employed.

Michael Gaudreau obtained an Associate's degree in Information Technology/Networking from Stevens-Henager College-Boise. Michael completed this degree between 2010 and 2012. In addition to their degree, Michael also obtained two certifications. One certification, the Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals, was obtained in May 2019 from Microsoft. The other certification, Cert Prep: ITIL Foundations, was obtained in September 2018 from Lynda.com.
