Kevin Piper is a seasoned culinary professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within the restaurant industry. Currently serving as a Regional Chef and Head Chef at Tap & Barrel Restaurants since March 2015, Kevin has progressed through various positions including Senior Sous Chef. Prior to this, Kevin worked at Earls Kitchen + Bar as a Sous Chef from March 2012 to March 2015. Kevin's formal education includes training in Culinary Arts and Chef Training at Vancouver Community College, supplemented by studies at the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology.
