Tyler Humphries

Tyler Humphries is an experienced professional in the oil and gas industry, currently serving as Vice President - Land at Tap Rock Resources since January 2024. Previously, Tyler held various roles at Diamondback Energy, including Business Development - Land and Sr. Landman, and worked at Energen in oil and gas-related capacities. Tyler's earlier experience includes serving as an Attorney in the General Practice Division at Bailey & Oliver Law Firm and as a Staff Landman at Chesapeake Energy. A foundational legal career began at the Benton County Prosecuting Attorney's Office as a Law Clerk. Tyler's early professional background also includes internships in real estate and financial services. Tyler holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of Arkansas School of Law and a BSBA in Finance from the University of Arkansas.
