Michael Paolilli

Michael Paolilli serves as the Senior Director of Studio at Tapas Media since October 2021, overseeing all studio operations for original webcomic and novel-to-comic projects. Responsibilities include managing editorial, production, and art teams, developing studio goals, collaborating with the C-suite at Kakao Entertainment, and spearheading talent management and IP development initiatives. Previously, Michael held various roles including Production Director at Tapas Media, Creative Director and Project Manager at MP Designs, and Graphic Designer/Project Manager at KB Home. Michael has a Bachelor of Arts in Animation from California State University, Northridge, and has completed additional education at the Concept Design Academy.
