Emmy Manoonpol

Emmy Manoonpol is the Director of Program Management at Tapcart. Emmy has over five years of experience in technology consulting and project management. Emmy has a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of California, Berkeley.

Emmy began their career at Deloitte as a Business Technology Analyst. Emmy worked on global financial transformation projects and gained experience in data analysis and reporting. Emmy then transitioned to a role as a Technology Consultant, where they focused on cognitive and RPA technologies. In this role, Emmy collaborated with business stakeholders to enhance product communications.

In April 2019, Emmy joined AppOnboard as a Product Project Manager. Emmy implemented agile processes with the product and engineering team. Emmy also managed AppOnboard's transition to a new product communications platform. Emmy left AppOnboard in December 2019 to join Tapcart as the Director of Program Management.

Emmy Manoonpol has a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Information Systems, Information Design and Corporate Communications from Bentley University. Emmy has also attended a bootcamp session in User Experience from General Assembly. Emmy has a certification from Scrum Alliance in Certified ScrumMaster (CSM).

They work with Parth Thakkar - Head of Data, Gregory Parsons - Head of Engineering, and JJ Workman - VP, Growth. Their manager is Eric Netsch, Founder & CEO.
