Megan Hamm has a diverse work experience. Megan began their career in 2015 as a Junior Project Manager at Zther Interactive, where they monitored administrative hours, assisted in client relations, and coordinated communication between client and developers. Megan also worked as an Emergency Room Scribe at ScribeAmerica that same year, where they documented over 5,500 patient emergency room charts over >2,000 hours in the EMR system. In 2017, they became a Digital Project Manager at Branded Online Ecommerce, where they outlined and executed the build of B2B and B2C sites, directed multiple off-shore development teams, and coordinated among cross-functional teams to identify challenges and recommend solutions. In 2018, they took on a Freelance Digital Project Manager role at ECOM DEPARTMENT, where they collaborated with development teams to initiate and manage agile and scrum development workflows for e-commerce maintenance. Finally, in 2020, they became the Manager of Implementation and an Implementation Specialist at Tapcart.

Megan Hamm attended Flintridge Sacred Heart Academy from 2006 to 2010, and then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Arts in Biology/Biological Sciences, General at the University of San Diego, graduating in 2014.
