Gabe Wachob

Gabe Wachob is the VP of Software Engineering at Tapcentive. Gabe has over three years of experience in the IT industry, with a focus on mobile and web product development, data engineering, and IT consulting.

Gabe started their career at Tapcentive as a Consulting Software Engineer/Architect/Manager. Gabe was responsible for advising Singularity University on the design, architecture, and implementation of mobile and web products, data engineering and science processes, and other IT challenges. Gabe also played a key role in recruiting the VP of Engineering and other hires.

After two years with the company, Gabe was promoted to VP of Engineering. In this role, they were responsible for all architectural and design decisions, as well as being a primary developer on all components of the cloud platform and mobile application SDKs. Gabe also managed a small team of contractors and oversaw the agile process that the engineering team followed.

Gabe Wachob has a JD from the University of California, Berkeley - School of Law, a BA in Computer Science from UC San Diego, and a Computer Engineering degree from Carnegie Mellon University. Gabe also has a bachelors degree from Lick-Wilmerding High School and a certification from Coursera in Deep Learning Specialization.
